BUILD THROUGH IT. started with me — but it isn’t really about me.

I started this brand after going through periods of depression, anxiety and problems with alcohol. There were times when I didn’t feel like myself, and times when I knew something needed to change.

Slowly, I started building again. Mentally. Physically. In life.

That’s where Build Through It. came from.

Because whatever you’re carrying right now — something nobody knows about, a setback, self-doubt, grief, pressure, or simply feeling a little lost — you don’t have to have everything figured out.

You just have to keep building through it.

The clothing is important to me. I want every piece to feel premium, fit properly and be something you genuinely want to wear. But the meaning behind it will always come first.

When you order from here, you’re not buying from a huge company. I’m Kieran. I’m a bodyshop mechanic who had an idea one night and decided to see how far I could take it.

I still see every order. I still get excited when one comes through. And I genuinely don’t take a single person who supports this for granted.
